Whether your van is a brand new gleaming specimen or at the opposite end of the scale, it will be treated with exactly the same utmost care. All the surrounding bodywork is well covered with protective sheeting to prevent any possible damage or contamination of your paintwork. The metal panel is neatly removed using a combination of specialist and traditional tools ensuring a precisely cut hole with no nasty burrs.

The windows used are specifically designed to fit Panel Vans and although are not OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) there is a good reason for this. In the case of VW for example, the vehicle variants that have windows fitted as a factory option i.e. the Caravelle or Combi versions of the T5 Transporter, the internal window aperture is a different shape to that of the Panel Van variants. The internal black banding of the OEM windows is not designed to suit the Panel Van aperture and the opening windows won’t actually fit.

Camperliners only use glass manufactured by AM Auto Ltd. Their parent company is a global leading glass manufacturer where the latest and most sophisticated manufacturing processes are employed to ensure each van window is chip free and machined to the tightest tolerances available.

The sliding van windows have the opening to the rear of the window, which offers far less turbulent ventilation to passengers and won’t leak as many of the cheaper front opening windows can.
